The silicone molding process is the core technology of the workshop.

First of all, the silicone raw materials are strictly screened and inspected to ensure that their quality meets the standards. The silicone raw materials are made into the rubber sheet with good plasticity through precise batching and mixing.

Then, the rubber sheet is placed in a customized mold and vulcanized and molded under high temperature and high pressure by a molding machine. In this process, parameters such as temperature, pressure and time are strictly controlled to ensure that the silicone can fully fill the mold cavity and form a precise product shape.

Finally, after cooling, demoulding and post-processing, a high-quality silicone product is born.
